探究化工分离器自动焊接工艺设计

摘要 针对大厚型不锈钢化工分离器主体的结构特点和使用性能要求,设计选用了熔化极混合气体保护自动焊打底、反面填充、盖面,埋弧焊正面填充、盖面的新的组合焊接工艺方法,代替传统的手工TIG焊打底、焊条手工焊填充、盖面的工艺方法。通过焊接工艺评定和相关试验研究,并将研究结果应用于产品的焊接,获得了满足产品设计要求的焊接质量,提高了生产率,同时减轻了施焊的劳动强度,取得了良好的经济效益。 Based on the structural features and performance requirements of big and thick stainless steel chemical separator, this design selects the MIG and automatic backing melding, fill the opposite side, and cove the surface and uses submerged arc welding to fill the front side, cover the surface, which is the new combination welding process, and instead of the traditional process, such as handmade TIG backing melding, handmade welding rod filling, cosmetic welding. Through the qualification of welding procedure and the research on related tests, and applying the research results to welding, this paper gets the welding quality which meets the requirements of product design, increases the productivity, while reducing the labor intensity of welding and achieving good economic results.
