摘要
通过改变钛钙型不锈钢焊条药皮中长石的加入量，研究了长石对不锈钢焊条工艺性能的影响规律。所得结论对改善和提高不锈钢焊条的工艺性能提供了试验和理论依据。在试验基础上，成功地研究了工艺性能优良。
In this paper,the effect of
feldspar on the usability of stainless steel covered electrode has been studied by varying the
adding amount of feldspar in the coating mixture of stainless steel covered electrode.Those
conclusions provide a experimental and theoritical basis for improving and raising the usability
of stainless steel covered electrode.On the base of experiments,a kind of E308 type stainless
steel covered electrode,which conforms to GB/T983-1995 and possesses excellent
usability,has been successfully developed.
