摘要
介绍了短厚型机架的铸造工艺设计及其优化。根据机架铸件的结构特点,结合生产实际,设计出一套既保证质量,又可获得较高经济效益的铸造工艺并生产出了合格的产品。
The foundry process design and the optimization of short and thick type housings have been described in this article. Based on the structure characteristic and the practical production, a set of foundry process that can not only guarantee the quality but also obtain the better economic benefits has been designed, meanwhile the qualified products have been produced as well.
