摘要
玉米萌发过程中淀粉酶活力变化研究结果表明,在萌发过程中,玉米种子淀粉酶活力开始上升比较迅速,到第5天时速度变缓。
The change of the vigor of three types of amylase in the course of the aging corn was studied. The experimentation indicated that the vigor of the total amylase grew fast until the fifth day in corn geremination.
