摘要
从不同萌发时期的小麦中提取淀粉酶,研究在小麦萌发过程中α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶活力的变化,并在测定酶活力的过程中加入不同的化学试剂研究化学环境对2种淀粉酶活力的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的硫酸钠、硫酸铜、氯化钙和氯化铝对2种淀粉酶有不同的影响。
The activity changes of α-amylase and β-amylase which extracted from different sprouting periods of wheat were researched.Adding different kinds of chemical reagents to the system,the chemical effects on the activity of two kinds of amylase were determined.The results showed that different concentrations of Na2SO4,CuSO4,CaCl2 and AlCl3 had different effects on the two kinds of amylase.
