摘要
用不同浓度NaC l溶液处理4种不同的玉米品种,测定玉米的发芽率、株高、叶绿素含量、根系活力等指标。实验结果表明:随着NaC l浓度的增强,玉米种子的发芽率、株高、叶绿素和根系活力都相应下降。综合各项指标,品种K东单14相对于其它品种耐盐性最好。
With the different density NaCl solution disposing four kind of different corn varieties, mensurating corn＇s germination rate, stern height, chlorophyll content, root system vigor and the target determination, the experimental result showed that the corn seed-germination rate, stem heignt, chlorophyll content, root system accordingly declined with strengthens on the NaCl density. Salt endurances of K Dongdan 14 was better compared to other varieties on all indexes.
