摘要
以鱼油为主要原料,利用尿素包络法对鱼油进行浓缩,以提高鱼油中廿碳五烯酸(EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)的总含量。通过改变尿素所占反应物的比例,优化反应条件,经过两次包络得出浓缩鱼油的最佳工艺条件。再将尿素循环利用,提高了产品的收率。结果显示,两次包络实验中,m(鱼油)∶m(尿素)∶m(甲醇)分别为1∶0.7∶1.4和1∶0.7∶1.2时,尿素重新利用后,EPA和DHA的总质量分数由最初的56%提高到75%,收率可达68%。
The content of EPA and DHA in fish oil was improved by urea inclusion method. The single factor test showed that the content of DHA and EPA could be increased from 68% to 75% and the yield was 68% when re(fish oil) : m(urea) : m(methyl) were 1 : 0.7 : 1.4 and 1 : 0.7 : 1.2.
