摘要
近几年来,海南学位与研究生教育规模发展迅速,但历史欠账多,节奏失调,空白较多,步伐明显滞后。随着海南国际旅游岛建设深入发展,学位与研究生教育的战略地位需要重新确定,需要加强统筹规划,调整学科结构,加大一级学科建设和专业学位发展力度,强化导师和科研团队建设,提升支撑条件,大胆鼓励人才培养模式和管理机制创新。
While Hainan＇s degree and graduate education has developed rapidly in recent years,it has lagged much behind due to various causes.With the further construction of Hainan as an International Tourism Island,the strategic position of degree and graduate education needs to be determined.We need to strengthen overall planning and regulate the academic structure,increase the construction of first-class disciplines and the development of professional degree,strengthen the mentor and the research team-building,improve support conditions,and boldly encourage innovations in training models and management mechanisms.
