摘要
近十年特别是实行"扩招"政策以来,我国的高等教育发展实现了历史性跨越,取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。迫于超常规发展和历史欠账积累的双重压力,面临着办学条件滞后、教师总量不足、就业形势严峻等问题和挑战。在高校的新一轮发展中,要树立和落实科学发展观,坚持高校的全面、协调和可持续发展。
China's higher education has made great progress in recent ten years especially since the implementation of enlarging enrollment policy. Higher learning should put up and implement scientific development outlook and should stick to all-round, cooperation and sustainable development in the face of backward educating condition and shortage of teachers and difficult employment situation.
