摘要 目的 通过检测不同类型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)和质控样本,探讨"即刻性"质控法在科研实验室酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)中的应用价值.方法 采用ELISA检测冠心病患者血清MMP-9,用"即刻性"质控法进行室内质量控制.结果 ELISA检测MMP-9板内变异系数值≤15%,血清MMP-9质控测定结果SI上限值为1.15,SI下限值为0.625,经与SI值表中第3天的2倍标准差进行比较,均在允许范围之内;与健康对照组、心绞痛患者组相比较,心肌梗死组患者血清MMP-9水平明显升高(P<0.05).结论 "即刻性"质控法对科研实验室是一种行之有效的室内质量控制方法. :Objective To evaluate the "Instant Method" in enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)by detecting matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and to discuss the quality control in the serum in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD). Methods The level of MMP-9 in the serum of patients with CAD was measured by MMP-9 ELISA Kit, and "Instant Method" was used for internal quality control. Results MMP-9 levels were measured in MMP-9 ELISA Kit and the coefficient of variance (CV) was no higher than 15%. The value of SI between 0.625 and 1.15 was in the acceptable range. The level of MMP-9 significantly increased in the serum of the patients with myocardial infarction compared with the health control and angina pectoris. Conclusion "Instant Method" is an effective approach for internal quality control.
