摘要
采用了电子显微镜、万能材料试验机、旋流式磨损试验机等手段,对环氧基树脂高分子复 合材料的粘接强度和抗蚀磨损性能进行了综合研究.探讨了材料组分及形态、材料物理性能等因 素对环氧树脂基复合材料冲蚀磨损机理及抗磨性能的影响,研究表明,树脂基复合材料的冲蚀磨 损以表面粒子剥落和开裂剥落为主,材料的抗磨性主要受其内聚力及填料形状和粒度的影响。碳 纤维和雾化铁粉具有较好的增强效果,光滑表面的细粒填料的抗磨效果较好。
The comprehensive properties of epoxy resin - based composite material have been studied by means of TEM, SEM and flowing wear test machine, which includes joint strenth and abrision resistance of the composite materials. It has been investigated that the influnce of the component's forming and physics properties of the materials on the mechanism of abrasion of the test composite materials. It has been known that the abrasive foms of the resin-based composite materials is mainly peel off of grains and cracking off of surface area. The abrasion resistance is mainly influnced by the inner-joint strenth and forming and grain size of fillings.
