摘要
文章分析了我国科技人才队伍建设的3个热点问题,包括评价导向、人员流动和薪酬激励,介绍了国际上科技发达国家的相关实践与理念,并提出了对策与建议。
This paper analyzes three hot spot problems in the construction of the contingent of Chinese ST talents,including the evaluation orientation,personnel mobility and salary stimulation,introduces related practice and idea in ST developed countries internationally,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
