摘要
对11Cr17马氏体不锈钢进行了浸硫氮化处理,利用金相显微镜和显微硬度计测量了渗层的厚度及硬度梯度,在MM-200磨损试验机上分别进行了干磨和油磨的耐磨试验,并用三维超景深显微镜测量了磨痕面积。研究结果表明:11Cr17浸硫氮化试样比11Cr17未处理试样的耐磨性能大幅度提高;11Cr17浸硫氮化与M2高速钢未表面处理相比,油磨性能相当,但干磨性能较后者好。
Hardness profile and thickness of modification layer of sulphonitrocarburized martensite stainless steel 11Cr17 were measured by metallurgical microscope and Vickers hardness tester. Wear tests of dry friction and oil lubricated friction were performed by MM-200 friction and wear tester. The wear track area was measured by three dimensional ultra depth of field microscope. It was revealed that after sulphonitrocarburization, the wear resistance of 11Cr17 steel was enhanced greatly. Under oil lubricated friction condition, the wear resistance of sulphonitrocarburized 11Cr17 steel was nearly the same as M2 high speed steel. Even under the dry friction condition, sulphonitrocarburized 11Cr17 steel showed better wear resistance than that of M2 high speed steel.
