摘要
目的：观察血栓通治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法：选择临床确诊为脑梗死患者80例，随机分为血栓通（治疗组）治疗40例，复方丹参治疗（对照组）40例，疗程均为半月，观察治疗后两组神经功能改善情况。结果：总有效率治疗组为57．5％，对照组为37．5％，两组比较，P〈0．05。结论：血栓通治疗急性脑梗死能显著提高脑梗死者的疗效，且无明显不良反应。
Objective： To observe the effect of treating cerebral infarction with Xueshuan tong. Methods： Selecting 80 patients with CI clinically diagnosed and randomly dividing them into treated 40 cases with Xueshuan tong （treatment group） and treated 40 cases with Fufang Danshen （control group）, the course of treating was half a month, and then observe the improvement effect on the neurological function. Results： The total efficiency of treatment was 57.5% and the control group for 37.5%. To compare the two groups, P〈0.05. Conelusions： The treatment on acute CI can improve the treatment on cerebral significantly and there was no significantly adverse reaction.
