摘要
目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)的临床效果与护理措施。方法 72例患者均给予TURP治疗,观察治疗前、后国际前列腺症状(IPSS)评分、生活质量评分(QQLS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)和残余尿(PUV)情况。结果治疗后IPSS评分、QQLS评分、Qmax和PUV均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TURP治疗BPH效果显著,合理的护理措施可改善患者生活质量。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect and nursing measures of transurethral resection of prostate （ TURP） in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH）. Methods 72 cases were treated by TURP. International prostate symptom score（ IPSS） ,quality of life score（ QQLS） ,maximum urinary flow rate （ Qmax） and situation of residual urine volume（ PUV） were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment,IPSS,QQLS,Qmax,PUV were all better than those before treatment,,and the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Treating BPH by TURP has significant efficacy,and reasonable nursing care measures can improve life quality of patients.
