摘要
目的探讨护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术患者术后并发症的影响。方法选取本院经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的100例前列腺增生患者,随机将其分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预),对两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间、以及术后并发症发生率等进行观察和比较。结果经护理干预后,与对照组比较,观察组患者SAS和SDS评分均明显降低,术后膀胱冲洗时间、尿管留置时间、住院时间均显著缩短,术后并发症的发生率也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论前列腺电切术围术期给予有效的护理干预,能明显改善患者的预后质量,降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on complications after transurethral resection. Meth- ods One hundred cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasis treated by transurethral resection in our hospital were randomly into the control group （routine nursing） and observation group （nursing intervention）. The self-rating de- pression scale （SDS） and self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） scores, postoperative bladder irrigation time, catheter in- dwelling time, hospital time and postoperative complication incidence between the two groups were observed and com- pared. Results After nursing intervention, compared with the control group, the SDS and SAS scores of observation group were obviously decreased, the postoperative bladder irrigation time, catheter indwelling time and hospital time were significantly reduced, the incidence of postoperative complication was also decreased after nursing intervention in observation group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing intervention during the transurethral resection can sig- nificantly improve the quality of patients＇ prognosis, decrease the incidence of postoperative complication, and worthy of clinical promotion.
