摘要
目的观察经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗前列腺增生(BPH)患者的安全性及疗效。方法对2007年1月至2009年7月我院收治的42例良性BPH患者行TURP治疗。结果 42例手术均成功,手术时间38～105 min,平均61.8 min,平均切除前列腺体30.5 g,术中平均出血55 ml,3例因失血过多需输血,1例发生电切综合征。结论严格控制并发症,TURP是治疗良性BPH安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the security and efficacy of transurethral resection of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia.MethodsForty-two cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with TURP from January 2007 to July 2009 in our hospital.ResultsForty-two cases were operated successfully.Operative time was 38 to 105 min（mean 61.8 min）,the meam of resected prostate weighted and intraoperative bleeding were 30.5 g and 55 ml,3 cases required blood transfusion due to excessive bleeding,1 case occurred TURS.ConclusionTURP is a safe and effective treatment for BPH if strictly control the complications.
