摘要
中低速磁悬浮列车与传统的轮轨车辆在牵引、导向、制动等方面存在明显的差别;依据中低速磁浮列车自身承载特点,设计出合理的车体结构,利用有限元方法,对所设计的车体结构进行强度和固有振动模态分析。其车体结构达到了轻量化的要求,并能够满足全寿命周期内各种受载条件下的强度和刚度要求。
Comparing with traditional vehicle with wheel-rail contact, middle low speed maglev levitation train has obvious difference in traction, steering and braking. Therefore, based on the loading characteristics of middle low speed maglev levitation train’s carbody its structure was designed reasonably. The strength and vibration modal analysis are carried out by the finite element method. According to results, the carbody structure can meet the requirements light weight, strength and stiffness under various loading conditions in its whole service cycle.
