摘要
针对磁悬浮列车的中空挤压铝型材、蜂窝夹层板结构和承载特殊性,研究了常温常导中低速磁悬浮列车车体有限元建模对策,并从包括强度、刚度、侧风压力、振动模态及耐撞性等多学科领域进行数值仿真与评估.工程样车车体强度实测结果证明了上述工作是可靠和有效的.
In this paper, FEA model technology is given for mid-/low-speed EMS MagLev trainset car body constructed with hollow-shape aluminum beams and composite materical named as cellular layers structure. The car body is simulated in static, structure dynamic, fluid dynamic and large-deformation crash fields. And the comparisons between simulation results and the tested results prove that the studies mentioned above are very useful and practical.
