摘要 目的探索医科大学生为同伴教育员进行防治艾滋病生活技能教育的有效模式与途径,并对同伴教育的效果进行评价。方法采用班主任推荐、宣传栏、校园广播等方法招募同伴教育员,并使用同伴教育能力评价表对同伴教育员的同伴教育能力进行评价,对同伴教育员的教育采用课堂讲课、会议、游戏、角色模拟等方式开展,同伴教育员对同伴的教育采用口头讲解、宣传画册、课堂讲授、游戏、角色模拟等方式开展,采用问卷调查的方法对同伴教育的效果进行评价。结果医科大学生能够较好地掌握所学的艾滋病防治知识与技能,同伴教育员对其他青少年的生活技能教育取得了良好的效果。结论利用医科大学生作为同伴教育员,采用科学的方法选择同伴教育员,使用多样化(课堂、宣传画册、游戏)的手段进行防艾生活技能教育,能够有效提高同伴教育员的教育水平,并且可以使最终的教育效果最优化。 Objective To explore the effective model and route on education of life skill for prevention of AIDS by medical college student serving as peer educators and to appraise the result of peer education. Methods Peer educators for AIDS are recruited by recommendation form class teachers, bulletin board, campus broadcast, etc. The education ability of peer edu- cators was assessed by the scale for it. The education on peer educators were adopted in classroom, meeting, game, role simula- tion, etc. Peer education were adopted by oral explaining, propagate album, lectures in class, game, role simulation, etc. The result of peer education were assessed by questionnaire survey. Results Medical college student could easily grasp the knowl- edge and skill on prevention of AIDS, and the peer education achieves good result in life skill. Conclusion Medical college students serving as peer educators for prevention of AIDS and diversified methods ( class lectures, propagate the album, game) can contribute greatly to the result of peer education on AIDS, and finally make the education effect optimal.
