摘要
以大庆江37普通稠油为研究对象,利用Anton Paar MCR301旋转流变仪开展了稠油黏温及流变特性的实验研究。通过室内实验,测定了大庆普通稠油在不同温度、压力及剪切速率条件下的黏度,研究了稠油流变性特性及屈服应力与温度的关系。研究结果表明,稠油的黏度对温度非常敏感,随温度升高而大幅度降低,在拐点温度处之前,稠油黏-温关系曲线随压力变化较大;在拐点温度处之后,压力对黏度影响不大。流变性曲线说明,低温40℃条件下稠油油样属于Bingham塑性流体。随着温度升高,原油流变性表现为牛顿流体特性。
The viscosity-temperature and rheological properties of heavy oil from Jiang 37 block in Daqing oilfield were studied by using Anton Paar MCR301 Rotational rheometer.In order to study the relationship between the rheological properties of heavy oil,yield stress and temperature,the viscosity of heavy oil of Daqing oilfield was tested at different pressure,temperature and shear rate.The results show that the viscosity of heavy oil is temperature-sensitive.As temperature increases,the viscosity reduces greatly.Below the inflection temperature,the viscosity-temperature curve of heavy oil changes greatly with the pressure,while above the inflection temperature,the pressure has slightly effect on the viscosity-temperature curve of heavy oil.The rheological property curve of heavy oil shows that the heavy oil belongs to Bingham plastic fluid at 40℃,and as the temperature increases,the heavy oil sample exhibits the behavior of Newtonian fluid.
