摘要
用RV20旋转粘度计和地层条件毛细管流变仪测量了不同油田脱气稠油的流变性,研究了温度对稠油流变性的影响,建立了对应于不同温度的流变模式和适切的本构方程.指出对于稠油存在某一临界温度Tc,当温度高于Tc时,稠油可以视为牛顿流体;当温度低于Tc时,稠油存在初始剪切应力,可以用Bingham型本构方程描述.为了研究稠油在地层中的流变性,采用地层条件毛细管流变仪更为合适.
The rheology of degassed viscous crude oil form different oil fields is measured with rotational viscometer RV20 and capillary rhemeter under formation conditions.The influence is studied of temperature on the rheology of viscous crude oil. The rheological patterns corresponding to different temperatures and the suitable constitutive equations are established. It is found that there is a characteristic temperature Tc corresponding to every sample. When experimental temperature is higher than Tc,the viscous crude oilcan be thought as Newtonian fluid,whereas when experimental temperature is lower than Tc,the samples behave like Bingham fluid.A liner equation with yield stress isused for regression of rheology curve. In order to study the rheology of viscous crude oil in reserviors,it is more suitable that the rheology is measured with capillary rheometer under formation conditions.
