电加热辅助SAGD数值模拟研究及现场应用

摘要 电加热在辅助稠油降黏开采中已得到广泛应用,但前人主要对电加热SAGD预热数学模型进行了研究,电加热辅助SAGD生产研究相对较少,因此需明确电加热辅助SAGD的相关参数。利用CMG灵活井模块,以风城油田A井组为基础,建立表征电加热-注蒸汽数值模拟模型。实现水平段筛管、长油管、短油管以及加热电缆的复杂管柱结构模拟。对电加热的功率、操作方法等参数进行了优化。模拟结果显示:电加热最佳功率为1.5kW/m,采用脉冲式电加热方法,即加热电缆周期性加热,生产井注入蒸汽循环进行驱液洗油,交替加热9轮以上,可以保证生产效果同时避免原油结焦风险。A井组现场实践结果表明,采用电加热后,水平段动用程度由43%大幅提高至100%,日产油量提高3.2t,油汽比提高0.229,生产效果得到明显改善。因此电加热辅助SAGD具有巨大的应用潜力,对提高SAGD产量水平和采收率具有重要意义。 Although electric heating has been widely used for assisting the development of heavy oil to reduce viscosity,mathematical model of electric heating SAGD is studied mainly and electric heating assisted SAGD is seldom studied relatively.Relevant parameters for the electric heating assisted SAGD should be known.On the basis of well group A in Fengcheng Oilfield,CMG flex well module is applied to modeling numerical simulation model for characterizing electric heating-steam injection.Complex string structure of the screens at horizontal sections,long oil tubes,short oil tubes and heating cable may be simulated.Key parameters like input power and heating rounds are optimized.The results indicate that impulse electric heating should be applied with an input power of 1.5 kW/m.That is to say,periodic heating should be done by heating cable with more than 9 cycles alternately,and fluid and oil may be displaced by steam circulation injected into the production wells.Better production performance may be gotten avoiding the risk of coking.The ap-plication results in well group A show that the producing degree of horizontal sections increased from 43%to 100%,daily oil production increased by 3.2 t,and oil-steam ratio increased by 0.229 with the help of electric heating.The effect is improved obviously.It is proved that electric heating assisted SAGD has huge application potential,and has important significance to improve oil production and recovery for SAGD.
