低温环境重油催化裂化装置核心设备衬里越冬烘干技术

摘要 PKOP炼厂200万t/a重油催化裂化装置需要衬里的设备数量多,设备衬里越冬需要烘干;而所用衬里种类复杂,衬里烘干曲线又不尽相同,选取适宜的温度、确定统一的时间是烘干作业的重点.采用电加热方法进行衬里烘干,可以将衬里中游离水以及结晶水脱出.重点阐述了核心设备衬里烘干的工艺要求、施工流程、过程控制以及应急措施等施工工艺,同时计算出核心设备烘干需要的加热片数量.实践表明:采用此方法,减少了人员和设备投入,现场操作简便,安全可靠,衬里烘干后质量达标,对海外项目设备衬里烘干越冬有一定的借鉴意义. There are many facilities requiring lining in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of PKOP Refinery in Kazakhstan,and the lining needs overwintering drying.The types of lining are complex,and the drying curves of lining are different.The most important thing for drying is to select the appropriate temperature and determine the unified time.The free water and crystalline water in lining can be removed by electric heating method to dry lining.The technological requirements,construction process,process control and emergency measures of lining drying for the core facilities are introduced in detail.At the same time,the number of heating sheets needed for the core facilities in the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit is calculated.The practice proves that applying this technique can reduce the required personnel and equipment,enable the operation to be easy,safe and reliable,and the quality to reach standard.It can be used for reference for overwintering drying of equipment in other overseas projects.
