摘要
介绍热解催化剂NiO/γ-Al2O3的制备过程,分析不同蔗糖用量对催化剂的影响。阐述煤的催化热解机理,利用催化剂进行变质煤微波热解实验,实验结果显示催化剂对煤炭热解产物都有明显影响,通过调整实验条件可以获得更加理想的热解产物,有助于提高煤炭热解效率,降低企业成本。
Describes the pyrolysis catalyst Ni O/γ-Al2O3 preparation and analyzes the influence of sucrose amount on the catalyst.Describe the mechanism of the catalytic pyrolysis of coal,and use coal metamorphism catalyst for microwave pyrolysis experiments,the result of which show catalyst affects coal pyrolysis products.More ideal pyrolysis products can be obtained by adjusting the experimental conditions,and coal pyrolysis helps to improve efficiency and reduce business costs.
