摘要
以菊花(Chrysanthemum×morifolium Ramat)无性繁殖试管苗为材料,NaCl为胁迫剂,采用单因子试验方法,研究了NaCl对菊花试管苗生长的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度NaCl的培养基中,菊花试管苗的生长均受到影响,但在1.0%NaCl的培养基中菊花试管苗生长较好。
The effect of NaCl concentration on the growth of vitro plantlets Chrysanthemum × morifolium Ramat was studied using asexual reproductive Chrysanthemum × morifolium plantlets as the material with single-factor test.The growth of Chrysanthemum× morifolium plantlets was affected in all the treatment containing different NaCl.Chrysanthemum× morifolium plantlets grew better in the medium containing 1.0% NaCl.
