摘要
以洋桔梗试管苗为材料 ,研究不同植物激素及其配比对叶片诱导不定芽、试管苗生长、继代增殖、生根等的影响。结果显示 :叶片诱导不定芽阶段 ,MS培养基中添加BA 2 .0mg/L +IBA 0 .2mg/L +GA3 0 .
The tube shoots of Eustma grandiflorun was used as material in the experiment.We studied the effect of plant hormone and its combination on adventitious buds induced by leaves,tube shoots growing,the hyperplasia of taking and tube shoots taking root ect.The result showed the best medium is MS+BA2.0+IBA0.2+GA_30.5 in the stage of inducing the adventitious buds.GA_3 has an obvious pushing effect on plantlets growing.What's more,0.8mg/l is best.The best growing medium is MS+NAA0.1+IAA0.2+GA_30.8;6-BA has negative effect on plantlets growing,while it has positive effect on new buds that reproduce MS+BA0.5+NAA0.1+IAA0.2+GA_30.8 is the best culture medium prescription that promote the tube shoots to reproduce;1/2MS+IBA0.1 is the best dispensition of rhizogensis.The rate of root reproduction is high and has shorter time of root reproduction.
