摘要
菊花是我国的传统名花,也是世界四大切花之一,现已成为全世界普遍栽培的重要花卉。文章从菊花的不同品种组培体系建立、器官培养、体细胞胚胎发生、脱毒培养、培养条件控制、生根驯化移栽、种质资源离体保存等几个方面对菊花组织培养的研究进展进行了总结。通过加强菊花组培企业与高校或科研单位的协作,为菊花组织培养技术开拓更广的空间。
Chrysanthemum is a traditional famous flower in China and one of the most important global cut flowers.Chrysanthemum has been cultivated all over the world. Such aspects as in vitro culture of different varieties,organ culture,somatic embryogenesis,and virus elimination,cultivation condition,rooting,domestication,transplanting,germplasm in vitro preservation in tissue culture of chrysanthemum were summarized. Coordination should be strengthened between tissue culture company and high university or research units so as to promote the technologies of tissue culture of chrysanthemum.
