摘要
以4-氯-3-三氟甲基苯胺、固体光气和4-甲基苯胺为原料,一锅法合成了标题化合物。考察了投料次序、原料配比、温度对这一反应的影响,优化了反应条件。产物结构经元素分析、IR、1HNMR确证。
The product N-[4-chloro-3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-N′-(4-methylphenyl)urea was synthesized by the one-pot method using 4-chloro-3-trifluoromethyl-aniline,triphosgen and 4-methylaniline as starting materials.A full investigation on the effects of raw materials ratio,sequence for feeding raw materials and reaction temperature was carried out.The optimum reaction conditions were discovered.The structure of the product was confirmed by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
