摘要
在微波协助下,将2-硝基笨异氰酸酯、4-溴苯异氰酸酯与数个芳杂环胺发生固态反应,首次快速合成了八个N-芳杂环-N′-芳基脲类化合物。反应时间0.5-10min,产率77.1%-92.6%。
A new and rapid solid-state synthesis method of ureas in microwave oven was reported for the first time. Eight N-heterocyclic-N′-aryl ureas were synthesized from 2-nitrophenylisocyanate or 4- hromophenyl isocyanate with corresponding heterocyclic primary amine. The reaction times were 0.5-10 min and the yields were 77.1%-92.6%.
