摘要
本文选用苎麻/PP包缠纱作为针织纱线在横机上编织,然后在热压机上压制成苎麻/PP复合板材。研究了同种组织结构、不同机号,不同PP含量等对苎麻/PP增强复合材料拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,当压模层数为10,压模温度为190℃时在12G针织横机上、采用1:2包覆方式做成的复合材料其拉伸性能最好。
We select ramie/pp wrap yarns to weaving on flat knitting machine in this experiment,then suppresses the fabrics into composite plates on the hot-press machine.During the researches on the influences of different gauges,different content of pp of the same fabric structure,we can find the best condition of the tensile property of the composite fabrics.They are: the membrane number of piles is eight,the temperature is 190℃,the gauge is 12G and the content ratio of the ramie and pp is 1:2.
