摘要
简要叙述了三维机织与编织的织造方法,纯三维机织织物强度低,纤维体积含量较小;而纯编织织物虽然轴向力学性能优良,但层间剪切强度及横向的力学性能较差。为克服这两者的缺点而探索一种新的织造方法,即机织与编织结合的方法,对这种新方法做了初步的实验研究,以期推动纺织复合材料这门学科不断向前发展。
This paper has a compact narration about the method of 3D braiding and weaving composite material. The strength of 3D woven perform is lower, and fiber volume fraction is also smaller; although the axial " mechanical properties of braiding fabrics are excellent, they're weak for their shearing strength between layers and the fabric'transverse features. To overcome respective shortcomings, we're searching a new weaving method which is the combination between weaving and braiding. The preliminary study is done in this article, which is in prospect to promoting increasingly the development of textile composite material subject.
