摘要
采用接枝法将2,4-二氨基-6-二烯丙基氨基-1,3,5-三嗪(NDAM)单体接枝到聚丙烯(PP)大分子链上,再将接枝反应后的改性PP经熔喷工艺制成熔喷过滤材料,然后进行氯漂处理,从而使熔喷过滤材料具备抗菌性能。探索了改性PP含量及熔喷工艺对熔喷非织造布过滤性能和抗菌性能的影响,提出了今后的研究方向。
PP was grafted with an N-halamine precursor, 2,4-diamino-6-diallylamino-1,3,5-triazine (NDAM), and then the modified PP would become melt-blown filtration material by melt-blown process.After chlorination the grated PP was converted to biocidal halamine structures .The influence of modified PP content and melt-blown technology on filter properties and antibacterial properties of melt-blown nonwovens were explored , and the future research direction was put forward .
