摘要
本文报道采用Ｎｏｖａ－ＰａｋＣ１８不锈钢色谱柱进行反相液相色谱分析，以Ｖ（甲醇）∶Ｖ（水）＝６５∶３５（ｐＨ＝３）为流动相，以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为内标物，用内标法测定田草净除草剂中绿黄隆和异丙甲草胺的含量。结果表明，各有效成分与内标物色谱峰分离完全，杂质无干扰，测定结果，绿黄隆和异丙甲草胺的变异系数为１．１４％和０．５０％。回收率分别为：９９．０％～１０１．４％和９８．３％～１００．６％
This paper indroduced a high performance liquid chromatography method to determine two active ingredients of maicaojing.Consisting of chlorsufuron and metolachlor was described.Chromatographic conditions were:column,Nova-pak,C18,5,4.6mm150mm;mobile phase,V(CH3OH)V(H2O)=6535.
