摘要
用气相色谱法测定了异丙甲草胺在大豆田土壤中的残留动态及残留量,建立了该药剂在土壤中的残留分析方法。研究结果表明,异丙甲草胺在土壤中的消解速度因气候及土壤而异。山东试验点降解较快,半衰期为10~12d,吉林试验点降解较慢,半衰期为16~17d。在施用72%异丙甲草胺乳油2505mL/hm2和4995mL/hm2的条件下,收获时土壤中均未检出异丙甲草胺。
