摘要
本文报道了３０％丙草胺乳油中丙草胺的气相色谱分析方法。在３４％ＯＶ－１７／ＣｈｒｏｍｏｓｏｒｂＷＡＷ（８０～１００目）色谱柱上丙草胺乳油中的安全剂解草啶（Ｆｅｎｃｌｏｒｉｍ，ＣＧＡ１２３４０７）、内标物邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丙草胺三种物质分离良好。丙草胺的变异系数为０８７％，回收率为９９５％，线性相关系数为０９９９８。
A method was developed for determination of pretilachlor in emulsion by gas chromatography on OV-101 packed column.Di-n-butyl phthalate was used as the internal standard.The results showed that coefficient of variation and linear correalation were 0.87% and 0.9998 respectively.The average recovery was 99.5%..
