摘要
传统的电子类传感器无法在井下恶劣环境下工作,而光纤传感器对电磁干扰不敏感而且能承受极端条件。为此,研究了井下永久式光纤温度-压力测试技术,并配套研制了井下光纤测试系统。该测试系统由光纤光栅传感器、井下光缆、光缆连接器及光电解调仪4大部分组成。系统适应井下高温(200℃)高压(50 MPa)环境,具有温度双补偿功能,测试精度(0.08%),性能稳定,寿命长。胜利油田4井次的现场试验表明,井下永久式光纤温度-压力测试系统测得的井底压力、温度曲线能够实时反映注水工作制度的细微变化,压力曲线与井口计量表压力变化曲线一致,测试灵敏度及精度完全达到设计要求。
The traditional electronic sensors cannot work in borehole harsh environment,but the optical fiber sensors are insensitive to electromagnetic interference and can bear extreme conditions.Therefore,the borehole permanent optical fiber temperature-pressure testing technology was studied and the borehole optical fiber testing system as a matching equipment was also studied.The testing system consists of the fiber-raster sensor,borehole optical cable,cable connector and photoelectrolytic regulator.The testing range of the system pressure is between 0 and 50 MPa and the testing precision can reach 0.1 percent.The temperature testing range is between-25 ℃ and 150 ℃ and the testing precision is 0.5 ℃.The four well-time field test in Shengli Oilfield indicates that the borehole pressure and temperature curves measured by the testing system can achieve a real-time reflection of the small changes on the water injection operating system,the pressure curve is in agreement with the pressure change curve of the wellhead gauging table and the testing sensitivity and precision have completely reached the design requirement.
