摘要 针对目前海上油田用常规生产滑套在井底服役时开关力过大及密封失效的难题,结合现场钢丝作业工艺,研制了一种新型高压滑套。采用结构力学分析及全尺寸试验的方法,研究了新型高压滑套的开关力和密封性能。现场应用结果表明,新型高压滑套的开关力及密封性能与试验室的试验结果吻合,技术指标满足海上油田的需求。 A new type of high-pressure sliding sleeve is developed based on the field slick line operation technology,in order to solve the unstable switching force and seal failure problem that the conventional production sliding sleeve encountered in offshore oilfield.The structural mechanics analysis and full-scale testing method are used to analyze the switching force and sealing performance of the new high-pressure sliding sleeve.Field application reveals that the switching force and sealing performance of the new type high-pressure sliding sleeve are roughly consistent with the test results of the laboratory,and the new high-pressure sliding sleeve can meet the technical needs of offshore oilfields,also with wide adaptability and good economic benefits.
