摘要
PDC钻头流场分析实验通常局限于单喷嘴射流实验或者现场试验研究 ,文章介绍了旋转PDC钻头试验台的结构、流场可视化结构及相关设备 ,以及信号从旋转系统传送至静止系统的光电转换信号的原理及方法。该试验台能较好地完成旋转PDC等钻头井底可视化研究 。
In general, the experiment about the fluid field of PDC drill is limited to the signal nozzle jet or is done on the spot of oil field. This paper introduces the experiment structure of the PDC bit, the apparatus of the visible experiment of the PDC bit. The theory and structure of the opt-electronic pressure measuring and transferring system are also been introduced in this paper. This framework can properly perform the visible researching on the rotating PDC bit, and the experimental verification about the fluid field on the surface of the drill.
