不同产地品种阳春砂仁挥发油化学成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:17

摘要 目的比较不同产地、品种阳春砂仁挥发油的化学成分。方法以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,分别得到不同样品的挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱(GC—MS)联用技术对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定。通过标准图谱进行对照确定化合物成分,经色谱峰面积归一化法测定其百分含量。结果不同产地、品种阳春砂仁挥发油主成分都比较集中,前三位主成分含量均达到70%以上;且不同产地、品种阳春砂仁挥发油成分种类基本相似,但不同产地挥发油中各成分的比例存在差异。结论道地药材阳春砂仁中乙酸龙脑酯是所有药材中含量最高的,这可能是阳春砂仁为道地药材的依据之一;而经炮制后道地药材阳春砂在成分比例上变化明显。 Objective To understand the differences of chemical components of essential oil among fruits of Amomum villasum Lour growing in different production regions. Methods The volatile oils were extracted with steam distillation. The components were separated and identified by GC-MS method and on the standard MS spectral data base. The relative contents in percentage were calculated by area normalization method. Results The principal components of volatile oils from fruits of Amomum villasum Lour growing in different production regions were similar,the top three main ingredients were high in content,totally up to 70% or more,but had different percentage of each component in these volatile oils. Conclusion The content of borneol acetate is the highest in authentic fruits of Amomum villasum growing in Yanchuan county,Guangdong. It may be one of the basic evidences for the famous-region crude drug; and the contents of these ingredients for processed fruit of Amomum villosum have significant changes.
