摘要
目的:研究广西民族药磨盘草不同产地批次高效液相指纹图谱测定方法,为民族药磨盘草的质量评价及进一步探讨其谱效关系建立实验基础。方法:采用Agilent TC-C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液作梯度洗脱,流速为0.8 m L·min-1,柱温为30℃,320 nm处测定。运用聚类分析对不同产地共10批次磨盘草药材进行分类。结果:检出磨盘草有11个共有峰,10个批次磨盘草药材中共有7个批次与对照图谱的相似度比较结果大于90%,通过聚类分析,10个批次磨盘草可分为3类。结论:磨盘草不同产地品种图谱之间有较好的相似度,所建立的方法能对该药材的质量进行整体评价和分类。
To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method for Abutilon indicum from different batches, and to provide a reliable method for the relationship between efficacy and fingerprints and the effective quality control. The fingerprints were obtained on a Agilent TC-C18 ( 5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm ) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of methnol-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 0.8 mL· min^-1. The column temperature was maintained at 30℃, and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. Using cluster analysis to classify the 10 batches Abutilon indicum. Eleven common peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks; among the 10 batches Abutilon indicum, 7 batches had the similarity result more than 0.9 when compared to the control fingerprints. By cluster analysis, 10 batches ofAbutilon indicum can be divided into 3 categories. Abutilon indicum medicinal materials had similar fingerprint, and this method can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the overall quality of medicinal materials.
