基于ICP-MS法对不同产地酸枣仁中微量元素的主成分分析 被引量:2

Determination of Trace Elements in Zizyphi Spinosae Semen from Different Growing Areas by Microwave Digestion-ICP-MS and Their Principal Components Analysis

摘要 比较河北、山东、河南、辽宁、陕西等13个不同产地酸枣仁中Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn、Cu、Cd、Hg和Pb微量元素的含量。采用微波消解技术处理样品,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICPMS)测定13个不同产地酸枣仁中8种微量元素的含量变化;并利用SPSS统计软件中主成分分析对测定的结果进行综合分析。通过添加标准品进行回收试验,结果表明该方法的回收率在91.85%~99.67%之间,相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)均小于2.24%。不同产地酸枣仁中对人体有益的元素Mg、Mn、Fe、Zn含量普遍较丰富;有害的重金属元素Cu、Cd、Hg、Pb含量均在限量标准范围内。主成分分析结果显示:13个不同产地酸枣仁可分为4类,前两个主成分的总贡献率达到72.14%。ICP-MS法具有同时进行多种元素测定、准确度高等优点,该测定结果为评价市售酸枣仁品种特征提供一定的数据支撑。 To compare the contents of trace elements in Zizyphi spinosae semen from thirteen different growingareas,including Hebei,Shandong,Henan,Liaoning,and Shaanxi Province. Microwave Digestion-ICP-MSmethod was used for the determination of eight trace elements (Mg,Mn,Fe,Zn,Cu,Cd,Hg,and Pb)andtheir data were analyzed by the principal components analysis in combination with SPSS statistical software. Theresults showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD)was less than 2.24 % for all the elements,and therecovery was between 91.85 % and 99.67 %by addition standard recovery experiment. The Zizyphi spinosaesemen of different areas had different trace elements content. The content of trace elements (Mg,Mn,Fe andZn)beneficial to the human body was rich,and the content of the heavy metal trace elements(Cu,Cd,Hg andPb)were within the limits of the standard range. The results of principal components analysis was consistent.The principal components analysis results showed that 72.14 % of the contribution rate contributed to the twoprincipal components (Mg,Mn) . ICP-MS could satisfy the sample examination request and provide scientificrationale for determining inorganic elements in Zizyphi spinosae semen.
