摘要
目的比较刺楸不同产地和不同药用部位中总皂苷的含量。方法在国内首次以刺楸皂苷B为标准品,采用香草醛-高氯酸比色法测定刺楸中总皂苷含量。结果刺楸皂苷B在8.08~64.67μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(刺楸树皮)为99.7%,RSD为1.92%(n=6);用此条件测得不同产地刺楸中均含有总皂苷,其中以吉林集安刺楸中总皂苷含量最高;不同药用部位叶中总皂苷含量大于树皮。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为刺楸药材质量的检测手段之一;有关刺楸叶的开发利用报道少见,从总皂苷成分和资源综合利用的角度考虑,建议叶亦可以入药。
Objective To determine the total saponin from different parts and places in Kalopanax septemlobus( Thunb. ) Koidz. Methods In China for the first time the total saponin content in Kalopanax septemlobus( Thunb. ) Koidz. was determined using vanillin-perchloric acid colorimetric with Kalopanaxsaponin B as a standard product. Results The linear range of kalopanaxsaponin B was 8. 08 ~ 64. 67μg/ml. The average recovery was 99. 7% ( n = 6) ,with RSD of 1. 92% . There was total saponin of Kalopanax septemlobus( Thunb. ) Koidz. ( root bark) from diffrent places. The higher contents was in Ji’an city of Jilin Province. The content in leaf was higher than that of the bark. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used to evaluate quality of Kalopanax septemlobus( Thunb. ) Koidz. Reports on the development and utilization of Kalopanax leaves are rare. From the perspective of the total saponin content and comprehensive utilization of resources,it is recommended that leaf can also be used as medicine.
