摘要
本文在简要分析转型期间集镇发展新特点、指出传统集镇规划将面临新的挑战基础上，重点阐述了转型期间四种集镇发展新机制。并结合江苏省若干典型集镇规划的成果，分别对各机制做了相应个案分析，文章最后从集镇内部空间形态建设、集镇的区际联合、集镇体系规划和周期性集市的集期体系规划四个方面展开了讨论。
By analyzing new features of small town development in China in this changing age, this paper summarizes 4 new types of town development, which is depended on the case study of planning projects in Jiangshu province. Further discussions mainly focus on construction of inner spatial form of small towns, regional corporation planning of regional town system and periodic markets.
