摘要
小股东权益的保护问题已经引起了立法者的高度重视,彰显出强烈的以人为本的人文色彩,同时也体现了法律逐步追求社会公平。在研究保护小股东权益的必要性的基础上,分析小股东权益受侵害的主要原因,探讨《公司法》有关小股东权益保护的新措施。
The issue on how to protect the little stockholder＇s fight and interests has already drawn close attention from the legislators,which shows strongly the human-oriented humane factors,and embodies that the law gradually seeks the social justice.On the basis of studying the necessity of protecting the little stockholder＇ s fight and interests,this paper analyzes the main reason that the little stockholder＇ s fight and interests are impaired,and explores the new approaches on how to protect the little stockholder＇ s right and interests in ＂the Company Law＂
