摘要
2005年《公司法》已经十届全国人大常务委员会第十八次会议正式通过。新公司法对旧公司法的诸多制度作出了全新的修改。2005年《公司法》的出台,对于中小股东合法权益的保护机制健全和完善具有十分重大的意义。
In 2005 Corporate Law was officially approved at the 18th Session of the 10th Standing National People＇ s Congress. The new corporate law is a big improvement over the old version. This law is significant for the＇ protection of the legal rights of medium-sized and small shareholders in China.
