摘要
我国高校在加强本科生职业生涯规划和能力培养上进行了很多富有成效的探索,但还存在着文化传统、政策导向和经济驱动等方面的困境,亟需形成系统性、可操作性的本科生职业能力培养体系,以利于本科生人才培养与市场的对接,以利于科技发展。
A great deal of constructive explorations on undergraduate career planning and capacity-building have been carried out in many university in our country,but many existing problems,such as difficulties in cultural tradition,policy orientation and economic drive etc.,are urgently calling for a systematic,workable undergraduate career competency training system,which will facilitate the connection between the undergraduate education and labor market,and the development of science and technology.
