摘要
复合调味料、食品用香精和复合食品添加剂由于在形态、用途上有相似性,故在市场销售和标签标识的过程中较易发生混淆,易引发食品添加剂误用、滥用问题。为了进一步规范调味料和食品添加剂市场秩序,本文根据各产品的定义以及生产许可审查的要求分别从产品的形态、用途和配方使用方法等方面来加以分析比较,并依照比较研究的结果建立"三步"分析法来区分这三类产品,以便促进食品及食品相关产品的市场向更加有序、健康的方向发展。
Due to their appearance and functional similarity of composite seasoning,food flavoring essence and composite food additives,it is likely to cause confusion during marketing and labeling,which easily lead to misuse and abuse of food additives.In order to further standardize the seasonings and food additives market order,the paper based on the definition of the product and the production license inspection requirements analyzed and compared product appearance,purpose,and formula usage.In accordance with the results of comparative studies,the paper established the "three steps" analytical method to distinguish between three categories of products in order to promote a more orderly and healthy development of food and food related product market.
