产朊假丝酵母属于假丝酵母属,其蛋白质产量高,可用于饲料原料、食品用香精等,还可以生产谷胱甘肽,同时可以供给硒,给人类和动物带来益处。文章对产朊假丝酵母营养特性、菌体特点、生长条件及其在生产中的应用进行论述。
Candida utilis is a species of candida species, which can produce lots of proteins, and provide for feed ingredients, food flavor, etc. It also can produce glutathione, contributing to pharmaceuticals. At the same time,it is able to supply selenium and bring many benefits to human beings and animals. So it is necessary to do the research for Candida utilis.
