摘要
高密度压捆机三维应力特性是压缩室设计的主要依据,它不仅直接影响压缩室的结构,同时还对压缩功耗、生产率以及草捆压缩密度等均产生很大的影响。本文以高密度压捆机为试验设备,应用流变学理论,研究开式压缩方式下草片在压缩室的三维应力变化规律,得出了三维应力的拟合关系式,为高密度压捆机的结构设计提供了依据。
Reference for the design in compression chamber,the feature of Three-dimensional Stress in high density baler not only directly influences compression chamber structure,but also has the impact on power consume of compression,production rate and bales compressed density.etc..The paper takes high density baler as the equipment,uses rheology theory,studies on the three-dimensional-stress change laws of straws in compression chamber with the open compression mode and concludes the fitted formulas of three-dimensional stress,which provides the evidence for the structure design of high density baler.
